Responsibilities

- Clean and disinfect kennels, cages, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Feed, water, and monitor animals’ health and behavior throughout your shift
- Assist with the gentle handling and socialization of animals to promote comfort and trust
- Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving supplies, bedding, or animals safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions from pet owners and visitors
- Support the team in administering basic care routines under supervision
- Maintain accurate records of animal intake, discharge, and daily activities
