About Us
Optimum Health Center is a multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic dedicated to providing personalized, client-centered care. Our team provides rehabilitation, athletic therapy, massage therapy, kinesiology, osteopathy, psychotherapy, nutrition, personal training, lymphedema and compression services, and orthopedic bracing.
We are looking for a motivated Kinesiologist who is interested in developing their own caseload while also taking an active role in the day-to-day operations and continued growth of our clinic.
Position Summary
This is a diverse role combining clinical kinesiology, program development, ergonomics, bracing services, and clinic support.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to see their own kinesiology clients and develop their caseload. When not seeing clients, they will assist with clerical and administrative responsibilities, program development, marketing and promotion of clinic services, and other projects that support the growth of Optimum Health Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat kinesiology clients and develop individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs.
- Develop and update exercise, rehabilitation, personal training, and wellness programs.
- Provide ergonomic assessments and services as required.
- Assist with orthopedic brace assessment, fitting, education, and follow-up.
- Help promote and grow the clinic's bracing and kinesiology services.
- Assist with clerical duties when not seeing clients, including scheduling, client intake, billing, filing, and general administrative support.
- Assist with clinic marketing, educational materials, and service development.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals within the clinic.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.
- Registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, or eligible for registration.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working both clinically and administratively.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with exercise prescription, rehabilitation, personal training, or ergonomics is an asset.
- Experience with orthopedic bracing is an asset; training can be provided.
- An interest in helping develop and promote new clinic programs and services is strongly encouraged.

Pay: $20.00-$60.00 per year
