Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials around the worksite
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools and supplies as needed
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision to facilitate project tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to ensure a tidy workspace
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning





Skills

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
- Positive communication skills to coordinate tasks with colleagues and supervisors
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining workflow continuity
- Prior experience in construction or similar manual roles is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of operating basic hand tools and machinery is advantageous
