Immigration Law Clerk

Nanua & Ioffe Lawyers is a reputable firm with over 30 years of combined experience in personal injury, family law, and immigration law. We're currently seeking a skilled Immigration Law Clerk to join our dynamic team.

Experience: 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Manage files from intake to completion, including client communication and document collection
- Prepare and submit a wide range of immigration applications (PR, sponsorships, work permits, study permits, refugee claims, etc.)
- Draft submissions, forms, and supporting letters
- Monitor application deadlines and follow up with immigration authorities
- Assist with scheduling consultations and managing calendars
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records (physical and digital)
- Provide administrative and procedural support across multiple files
- Provide general administrative support to senior staff

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Law Clerk or Immigration Consultant program




- Strong organizational and file management skills with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple files independently in a quick-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with immigration portals and case management systems is an asset
- French language skills are considered an asset

Salary: $40,000+, depending on experience and qualifications.
