Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead transformational projects?
Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an ITProject Manager - LMS Implementation (Workday,SumTotal,Cornerstone). This position involves overseeing large-scale enterprise technology implementations and transformation initiatives within a dynamic, collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive project management expertise, particularly in enterprise LMS deployments, and possess strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Pay rate range (CAD): $69.20/hr – $92.61/hr
Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and critical paths
Monitor project progress and report on risks, issues, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders
Manage project scope, budget, resources, and timelines to ensure delivery aligns with objectives
Lead the end-to-end implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS), including configuration, deployment, and data migration activities
Oversee testing, defect resolution, and system validation to ensure readiness for production
Coordinate integration, user acceptance testing, and transition activities for a seamless go-live
Build and maintain strong relationships with business, technology, learning, and compliance stakeholders
Manage multiple implementation partners and vendors, ensuring collaboration and accountability
Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and steering committee materials for executive review
Support change management and business readiness initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems
Partner with technical teams to ensure successful system integration and data migration




Desired Skill-Set 7+ years of project management experience within large-scale enterprise system or technology implementations
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with complex dependencies
Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners
Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with executive governance and steering committees
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and related digital learning ecosystems
Experience in HRIS, Talent platforms, or related technologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, changing environment
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar project delivery certifications
Experience leading LMS implementation, upgrade, data migration, and modernization initiatives
Familiarity with deploying Workday Learning, SumTotal, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Degreed, EdCast, Sana, or similar platforms
Experience supporting bilingual or multilingual implementations
Knowledge of learning analytics and reporting
Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments
