Insight Global is looking for a skilled cost accountant for a leading manufacturing company to support cost accounting operations within a agile, innovative automotive setting. In this role, you’ll focus on cost analysis, BOM accuracy, variance reporting, and support month-end close and financial reporting processes. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive operational and financial performance. This opportunity offers solid exposure to core cost accounting functions and growth within a globally recognized organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years of accounting experience within the manufacturing industry
Required CPA designation or CPA in progress
Extensive background in cost accounting and meeting deadlines




Auditing interaction
Experience in data analysis, cost tracking tools, and working with BOMs, routings, and large datasets

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience working with PowerBI, SQL, Hyperion, Power Ledger, GSD system and TraX
