Contact consumers across the United States by telephone
Follow provided scripts to gather opinions from respondents with experience using clients’ products and services
Collect detailed opinions and deliver quality data to clients
Complete online and on-the-job training
Work evening shifts Monday–Friday between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Work a fixed 7.5-hour Saturday shift from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at least every other Saturday

Requirements

Excellent reading, writing and communication skills
Robust typing skills with the ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses
Polite, friendly, punctual and reliable
Ability to persuade others and give verbal direction
Proficient with computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps
Ability to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently
Ability to adapt quickly to current policies and procedures
Enjoy working independently, self-motivated and able to excel at repetitive tasks
Must live within the local London,



Ontario area to collect work equipment in person
Must be occasionally available for in-person training and other purposes throughout employment
Must work at least every-other Saturday
Available for 15+ hours per week
