Promote continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and process optimization. Support change management and Agile adoption at the enterprise level. Qualifications
5+ years of Agile coaching experience Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Secure Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent certifications Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise settings Robust communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
