As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner and Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of a quick paced restaurant.

Tasks include but are not limited to: Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
Plan and organize daily operations
Supervise staff
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Conduct performance reviews
Cost products and services
Organize and maintain inventory
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Address customers' complaints or concerns
