Job Opportunity: Flow Controller – Vaughan, ON
Flow Controller position at our Vaughan, ON location! If you're looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are comfortable working rotating day and night shifts, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay Rate $22.00 per hour
Please note: Due to early morning start times (6:00 AM) and overnight shifts, having access to a reliable vehicle is strongly recommended.
Shift Schedule Rotating 12-hour shifts days and night shifts

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (2 weeks)

Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:00 AM (2 weeks)

Shift pattern varies between weeks:

One week: Approximately 24 hours (2 consecutive 12-hour shifts)
Following week: Approximately 60 hours (3 consecutive 12-hour shifts, followed by 2 days off, then 2 additional consecutive 12-hour shifts)
Schedule includes weekdays and weekends

About the Role This is a physically active, cleaning-focused position responsible for maintaining the flow and cleanliness of an automated warehouse system. In addition to cleaning duties, the role involves clearing minor pallet jams and supporting the smooth operation of warehouse equipment.
The position requires prolonged standing, walking, lifting,



and working around operational machinery. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical work throughout 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities Respond to system callouts, alarms, warnings, and operational notifications

Monitor automated Vanderlande equipment and communicate operational issues to customer staff

Clear pallet jams and other simple, low-risk system blockages

Clean spills, debris, and damaged products from warehouse flow areas

Maintain a clean, safe, and obstruction-free work workplace

Communicate clearly using two-way radios regarding activities, incidents, and equipment issues

Assist maintenance staff with general support duties as needed

Wear all required PPE and follow company health and safety procedures

Work independently and collaboratively with operations, maintenance, and customer teams

Care for company-issued tools and report any damage or misuse

Requirements Legally eligible to work 40 hours per week in Canada

Available to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts

Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and performing cleaning duties throughout long shifts

Able to work safely around automated warehouse equipment

Reliable transportation is strongly recommended due to shift times
