As a Business Analyst, you will own the P2P process from requisition to payment while improving workflow and financial metrics. Your hands-on experience in ERP systems and proficiency in Power BI will be essential for developing actionable financial reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and agility in financial data and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and enhance the end-to-end P2P process
• Map current workflows and redesign for efficiency
• Create key financial reports in Power BI
• Align financial data with project control systems
• Provide training on P2P process improvements

Requirements:
• Education in Business or Finance field
• Minimum 5 years in business analysis roles
• Proven P2P process improvement experience
• Solid skills in SQL and Power BI reporting
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
