The Manager, FP&A; - Digital oversees financial planning, performance analysis, and results tracking for the eCommerce business unit. This role manages a team of analysts and acts as a key partner to the Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams. The Team Lead ensures a clear understanding of revenue drivers, profitability, and online performance indicators to support sustainable and profitable growth.

Ensure the quality, rigor, and consistency of all analyses produced.
Financial Planning and Analysis

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews for the Digital unit.
Develop and maintain financial models related to sales, margin, acquisition costs, promotions, and EBITDA.
eCommerce Performance Monitoring

Assess the performance of marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with Digital teams to understand priorities and operational challenges.




Translate business needs into relevant financial analyses.
Participate in the financial evaluation of Digital projects and investments.

Data Governance and Quality

Ensure the integrity and reliability of data used in analyses.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.
6 to 10 years of experience in FP&A;, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or performance marketing.
Robust proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
Solid understanding of eCommerce KPIs.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI) is an asset.
Improved performance and profitability of the Digital channel.
Quality and relevance of analyses delivered to internal partners.
