Our banking client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their Canadian Banking- Planning team. This will be 12+ months, fulltime hours per week, and 3x per week onsite Downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will drive end-to-end campaign planning across acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.

Leverage personalization, segmentation, testing, and performance analytics to deliver measurable results.

Work within agile, cross-functional teams to help advance marketing transformation initiatives.

Enhance customer experiences through up-to-date marketing technologies and data-informed strategies.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across mass, digital, and targeted channels.





Required Skills

Robust expertise in personalization, segmentation, testing, optimization, and campaign performance measurement.

Experience translating marketing requirements into data and technical specifications.

Agile delivery experience and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

Knowledge of marketing technologies and AI-enabled tools.

Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and influencing abilities within complex, matrixed organizations.
