Oversee snowmaking and trail safety at the renowned Blue Mountain Resort. This role offers full-time hours on a contract basis, focusing on winter maintenance and summer project execution.
In your position as Supervisor, you will lead a team in setting operational goals while ensuring the resort's trails meet safety standards. Responsibilities include assisting with equipment management, developing training programs, and facilitating compliance with health and safety regulations. You'll play a crucial role in preparing the resort for winter operations through various summer projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule daily objectives focused on service standards
• Support frontline staff in trail setup tasks
• Track departmental training programs with division leaders




• Create/update SOPs in collaboration with management
• Oversee team performance and address any issues
Requirements:
• Valid G class drivers’ license with a satisfactory abstract
• Snowmobile operation experience, especially on slopes
• Solid knowledge of on-hill safety and procedures
• Understanding of OHSA and TSSA regulations
• Experience with heavy equipment operation an asset
