Senior Beauty Sales Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Stonegate Mall location, in Saskatoon, SK!

What You'll Do Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.

Educate customer s and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.

Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.

Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.

Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.

Previous experience as a Keyholder in a retail setting.

What You Bring At least 1 year of retail experience Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
