Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Luxury Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This will be a Seasonal role, running from October 2026 to the first week ok January 2027. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to engage customers, provide product knowledge, and drive sales in a retail environment.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Provide detailed product information and conduct engaging product demos.
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash transactions and processing payments.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service, safety, and security.




- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.

Skills

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for better customer interaction.
- Experience in retail sales or luxury sales is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Cash handling experience is essential for managing payments efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain store standards and inventory accuracy.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
