As a Heacy Duty Mechanic-shop Foreman, you will be part of the operations team supporting maintenance and repair activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Heacy Duty Mechanic-shop ForemanLocation: Dartmouth, NSPay Range:$33.00 to $38.00 per hourShift: DaysWhat's the Job?Oversee daily maintenance and repair of heavy equipment including diesel engines, compact equipment, Ariel lift equipment, and other machinery.Manage and coordinate shop activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.Supervise and support a team of technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to foster skill development.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all operations.Diagnose complex mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.What's Needed?Experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair,
