This position within Cougars Athletics and Recreation allows you to guide and mentor individuals in their climbing pursuits. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver instruction in climbing and belaying techniques
• Greet and orient participants about facility regulations




• Manage and inspect rental climbing equipment
• Supervise climbers to maintain safety standards
• Adapt services to ensure inclusion for all abilities
Requirements:
• Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
• In-depth knowledge of climbing practices
• Certification as ACMG Level 1 Climbing Gym Instructor
• Experience in climbing risk management
• Passion for fostering inclusivity in recreational activities
