Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Write complex and optimized SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
- Gather and document business intelligence and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
- Create KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Combine data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive business insights.
- Develop data models and reporting datasets for BI solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.




- Monitor dashboard and report performance and resolve data-related issues.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and business reporting requests.
- Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, data sources, and business metrics.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Power BI DAX and Power Query.
- Experience with Tableau calculated fields and Tableau Prep.
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis is an asset.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar data platforms.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and tools.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, finance, sales, or operational datasets.
