In your role as Manager–Acute Care/Emergency, you will be instrumental in guiding a 31 bed Acute Care unit and a round-the-clock Emergency Department. Your responsibilities include team leadership, resource management, and upholding rigorous quality care standards. You will also engage in relationship building and strategic planning to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead management for Acute Care and Emergency Department • Hire and manage staff performance effectively • Foster a culture of safety and quality improvement • Control resource allocation and manage operation budgets • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care

Requirements: • Bachelor of Nursing or relevant experience • Three years of nursing experience in the last five years • Leadership experience required, such as Charge Nurse • Current practice permit with CRNA or similar • Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
