YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: As a manufacturing analyst reporting to the department manager, your duties will be divided as follows: Preparation and consolidation of financial presentations for senior management regarding strategic decisions, monthly results, and budgets.
Development of business cases for corporate decision-making and strategic directions (make-or-buy and strategic business cases). Support the project team in tracking costs for various projects and justifying variances. Support for decision-making on major projects. Support for various mandates, special projects, and month-end activities.
You will also be required to: Demonstrate an excellent understanding of our data sources. Demonstrate creativity in the modelling of performance indicators. Develop automation and access to reports.
Support the group by developing and proposing innovative solutions to meet the needs identified by the division's various teams. Identify analytical opportunities and solutions to be integrated into the department for greater efficiency. Keep up with new analytical trends.
Ensure the smooth running of existing tools, then coach and train team members to ensure the appropriate level of knowledge and expertise. YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (essential). A bachelor's or master's degree in finance or accounting. Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a synthesizing mindset.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, Google Workspace). Knowledge of SQL and VBA (advantage). Knowledge of BI tools (especially Power BI and Tableau) (advantage). Bilingualism is essential. Teamwork, client relationships. Robust communication skills. Leadership.
