About the Role As a Marine Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of marine vessels, outboard engines, sterndrives, pontoons, personal watercraft, and powersports equipment. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers enjoy safe and reliable time on the water.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving complex problems, and is willing to help mentor and support other technicians as our team continues to grow.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and seasonal service work




- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical bulletins
- Work closely with our Parts and Service departments to ensure timely repairs
- Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and industry best practices
- Assist with training and mentoring apprentices and junior technicians
- Support other RPM Marinas locations when required

Qualifications
- Certified Marine Technician or equivalent experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience working on outboards, sterndrives, boats, pontoons, and powersports equipment
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid G Driver's Licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
