Your Responsibilities Will Include

Assemble components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standard

Perform work with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail

Verify fit, finish, and functionality to ensure quality standards are met before product moves forward

Identify defects, errors, or deviations and take appropriate action to prevent quality issues from advancing

Follow all safety procedures, policies, and protected work practices at all times

Identify process inefficiencies, quality concerns, or safety risks and bring them forward

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest practical solutions

Work collaboratively with team members and leaders to meet production goals

We’re Looking For

Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment

Ability to read and follow technical instructions, drawings, and specifications

Strong attention to detail with a qualityfocused mindset

Problemsolving skills and willingness to raise concerns or improvement ideas





Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Commitment to safety, consistency, and continuous learning

Manufacturing, assembly, or handson technical experience is an asset
