- participate in and supervise multiple and challenging tax engagements- contribute to the delivery of compliance services and innovative tax planning ideas- apply a strong understanding of U.S. federal and state corporate income tax to support tax compliance and reporting engagements- prepare and review U.S. corporate and partnership tax returns for multinational clients- prepare and review U.S. income tax provisions for public and private companies- research U.S. federal and state tax issues, including cross border matters, and draft clear, practical technical memoranda- develop thoughtful, practical tax planning recommendations and implementation approaches- exercise sound professional judgement in complex and technical areas- build and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients- identify opportunities to enhance client service and support additional tax planning initiatives- leverage technology to improve efficiency, accuracy and quality of work- participating in national initiatives- encouraging communication and effectively supervising team members- participating in recruiting efforts when necessary- contributing to a flexible,
