Hours Of Work: Equivalent to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. *Please note: The successful applicant will be required to work 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 10 education (Grade 12 or equivalent is preferred)
Valid Fireman's Certificate will be required to obtain within one year of start date
Valid Driver's License
Direct experience in the caretaking field would be considered an asset
Demonstrated understanding of cleaning procedures, cleaning processes, products and equipment is preferred
General mechanical/plumbing knowledge and aptitude
Must have the ability to operate tractors, mowers, and equipment efficiently and safely




Knowledge of computers and applicable software
Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System
Commitment to the ideals of public education as well as the mission, vision and guiding principles of the South East Cornerstone School Division

Salary & Benefits: Salary and perks are in accordance with the currently negotiated SEIU-West Collective Agreement as listed on our website . The starting wage for this position is currently $24.14/hour along with a full perk package and an employer defined pension plan.
