Key Responsibilities
Supervise shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, coach, and support team members during shifts.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation according to Tim Hortons standards.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and health and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
Support scheduling, training, and onboarding of recent team members.
Track inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Help meet sales, productivity, and labour goals by managing workflow effectively.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in food service,
quick service restaurant, or retail supervision preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math and cash handling skills.
Versatile availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
