Position:Raise SupervisorProject:FIFORotation:14/14Shift:11.5 hr per dayWage:$90 – $96 per hourPotential Compensation:Referral BonusBenefits:Dumas offers life insurance, health/dental/vision/fitness provisions, pension and employee assistance program.Pre-Employment Requirements:Alcohol and drug test; site-specific training; site-specific requirements.Eligibility:Canadian citizen or authorized to work in Canada, residing in Canada.About The RoleAs Raise Supervisor, you will supervise raise development crews, coordinate daily Alimak raise operations to ensure safe and efficient work aligned with the mining plan, provide leadership, ensure resources are available, and act as primary liaison between crew, project leadership, and client representatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise crews to cycle raise rounds according to plan and procedures.Ensure safe work and compliance with company, client and regulatory requirements.Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials for productive raise ops.Monitor production progress and address challenges.Ensure supplies, tools, consumables are available.Act as liaison among crew, superintendent and client.Conduct pre-shift meetings,



safety briefings and hazard assessments.Inspect work areas and equipment for safety compliance.Provide leadership, coaching and direction to support performance and development.Maintain accurate documentation: daily reports, inspections, incident reports.Respond to unsafe conditions or acts immediately.Participate in workplace inspections and safety initiatives.Other duties as assigned by leadership.QualificationsOntario Underground Hard Rock Miner Specialty Module U0064 or provincial equivalent.Ontario Hardrock First Line Supervisory Accreditation.4-5 years operating Alimak raise equipment.Prior supervisory/leadership experience in raise development or underground mining.Strong knowledge of raise development methods, safety procedures, underground operations.Proven leadership skills and commitment to safety.Effective communication and coordination with crews, management, clients.BenefitsCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.Performance-based rewards.Commitment to health and safety.Training and career development.Global opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
