Key Responsibilities:



• Provide guidance and oversight to clinical operations • Develop and evaluate individualized resident care plans • Ensure adherence to all occupational health guidelines • Participate in budget planning and financial monitoring • Promote community resources and educational opportunities

Requirements: • Graduate from an accredited nursing program • One year of nursing leadership experience required • Knowledge of aging issues and chronic disease care • Robust organizational and problem-solving skills • CPR and First Aid certification maintained
