• Assist in the safe operation of the farm • Manage the on-site team in the Farm Manager's absence • Lead fish feeding and control activities • Maintain reliable data records and documentation • Promote a safe and positive work workplace

Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Strong leadership and project management skills • Well-developed English communication abilities • Positive computer knowledge for documentation • Marine-related training certificates are an asset
