In this role, you'll engage in essential duties that support our commitment to excellence in patient care. We are looking for specialists with the provincial college of pharmacy license to help manage prescription workflows and provide quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and compound patient prescriptions accurately
• Validate the completeness of all prescriptions
• Offer vaccinations when applicable
• Transfer prescriptions securely between pharmacies
• Ensure patient health record information is accurate
Requirements:
• Completion of Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Solid attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Operate independently in a busy pharmacy workplace
• Effective communication with healthcare practitioners
• Current provincial pharmacy licensure
