Responsibilities
Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure proper adhesion of paint
Mix and match paint colors accurately to achieve desired shades and finishes
Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and other finishes using spray guns and hand tools
Inspect painted surfaces for quality, consistency, and defects; perform touch-ups as needed
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent contamination or accidents
Handle heavy lifting of parts or materials safely while adhering to safety guidelines

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automotive refinishing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members
Robust attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
