Lead impactful mentoring programs with Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland. This full-time role focuses on program development, staff supervision, and community relations to uplift youth potential.
As the Manager of 1:1 Mentoring Programs, you will guide the delivery and growth of essential initiatives like Big Sisters and Study Buddy. Ensure high service quality while fostering relationships with youth, mentors, and families. Collaborate with teams on program improvements and community engagements.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee program operations and ensure best practices • Lead program evaluation and continuous improvement efforts • Supervise mentoring coordinators and facilitate staff training • Support effective case management and volunteer engagement • Build relationships for enhanced community outreach
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; trauma-informed practice training preferred • 5-7 years in program coordination; child/youth experience required • 3+ years in program management and staff supervision • Robust knowledge of child development principles • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
