Viapostille (viapostille.ca) is a Canadian apostille service. Many clients live abroad and need documents notarized before an apostille.
We are building a network of independent notaries. This is not employment: you keep your practice, set your own fees, schedule and accept or decline each file.
WHAT WE REFER
- Certified true copies, statutory declarations, affidavits, powers of attorney, Bank statements etc
- Remote notarization where permitted, with paper originals for apostille
REQUIREMENTS
- Notary public in good standing in Ontario
- Skilled liability insurance
HOW IT WORKS
We send prepared clients. You bill them directly, typically $40 to $180 per act. No commission, no referral or membership fee. We handle the apostille and shipping.
