This in-person role involves working directly under the Manager of Health Services, offering critical support in patient care and treatment administration. With a focus on acute medicine or cardiology, the position requires solid clinical judgment and excellent communication skills while collaborating within a health care team.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide nursing services for patients with complex conditions • Administer treatments and medications as prescribed • Coordinate patient care and ensure effective discharge processes • Support and lead the nursing team in daily activities • Assist in professional training and development
Requirements: • At least two years of recent acute care experience • Registration with CRNM is mandatory • Annual BLS Level C certification is required • Completion of Cardiac Rhythms Course when required • Familiarity with RHPA scope of practice
