We are hiring two qualified Lifeguard/Instructors to enhance our Aquatic Services team. This permanent position involves facilitating effective aquatic programs while supporting colleagues in daily operations. Candidates should have a strong background in pool safety and instruction, along with required certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee safety and instruction during aquatic programs
• Collaborate with the Recreation Department’s goals
• Assist with the operation of Ravensong Aquatic Centre
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
• High school graduation and 1-3 years related experience
• Current National Lifeguard Award and CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification and Pool Operator Level 1
• Experience at Ravensong or similar aquatic facility
• Additional instructor certification is an asset
