You will liaise closely with Project Managers and leadership to maintain transparent financial communications and uphold nonprofit regulations. Solid attention to detail and outstanding communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities: • File financial and compliance reports on time • Process payroll and CRA remittances • Prepare quarterly financial statements for Board review • Manage budget-to-actuals for various projects • Conduct bank transfers and manage accounts payable

Requirements: • CPA or equivalent Canadian accounting designation • 4+ years of relevant accounting experience • Expertise in Not-for-Profit accounting standards • Familiar with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel • Excellent organizational and communication skills
