UBCO is seeking an Administrative Assistant II for a temporary term, supporting various administrative tasks within the Provost’s Office. Candidates should bring solid skills in communication, problem-solving, and time management, as well as a dedication to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. A significant part of this role involves coordinating logistics for strategic meetings and managing correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize meetings and manage the Provost's calendar
• Provide reception and customer service for office visitors




• Support project and event logistics as needed
• Handle office supplies management and records management
• Prepare expenses and process purchase orders
Requirements:
• High school graduation plus 1 year post-secondary education
• 4 years of relevant administrative experience
• Skilled in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of university systems and procedures preferred
