Acuren is looking for a seasoned NDT Supervisor to support operations at the Parkland Refinery. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate work activities, oversee resource allocation, and promote a robust safety culture within the team. The job requires expertise in NDT standards and robust leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement daily and weekly work plans
Monitor crew hours and project scopes effectively
Lead and manage equipment and crew allocations
Conduct thorough field walkdowns for job scope readiness
Enhance quality through accurate inspection report reviews
Requirements:
At least 5 years of NDT experience and supervisory skills
Required NDT certifications with additional qualifications being advantageous
Solid leadership and communication expertise
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Airtable a plus
