Job Description

FLINT is seeking a Foreperson with a minimum of 5 years' industrial maintenance experience, including supervisory experience, for a permanent role in the Fort McMurray area, Alberta starting September, 2026.

In this position, you will enjoy a 7 Days In & 7 Days Out schedule, 12-hour workdays, camp accommodation, flights and perks after 300+ hours worked.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance, O&G;, or heavy industrial settings.
Previous experience leading crews in maintenance or turnaround settings.
Journeyperson trade certification.
Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
H2S Alive
CSTS-20
Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
Standard First Aid
WHMIS
Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
Must have own reliable transportation to site.
Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
