YMCA BC seeks a dedicated Childcare Supervisor to enhance our Before & After School Programs in Vancouver and Burnaby. If you're passionate about leadership and inclusion, this is your chance!

As a Supervisor, you'll lead multiple programs catering to children ages 5–12, focusing on staff coaching, community relationships, and operational excellence. You'll ensure the delivery of our high-quality childcare services while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead before and after-school programs with excellence
Coach and mentor Team Leaders and staff members
Anticipate and solve program challenges proactively
Provide in office leadership across multiple locations
Ensure compliance with licensing and quality standards

Requirements:
Minimum one year of team leadership experience
Early Childhood Education (ECE) certificate is an asset
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Willingness to obtain Emergency First Aid & CPR certification
