Utilize Lean Six
Sigma to redesign processes and enhance client value through data insights. In this hybrid role, you will focus on delivering strategic initiatives that enhance the client and partner experiences at Equitable. This position demands your qualified expertise to consult with management and conduct thorough process analysis using tools like Microsoft Visio.
Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships will ensure successful implementation of data-driven improvements throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the implementation of initiatives that improve operational efficiency
- Consult management on operational opportunities and effectiveness
- Analyze and propose transformations for existing processes
- Design change management plans during process redesigns
- Develop and execute implementation plans and tools for processes Requirements:
- 3-5 years of process redesign experience with improvement methodologies
- Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis and data management
- Lean Six Sigma certification required
