Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate execution readiness activities across Safety, Planning, Logistics, Material Management, Quality, Construction, and Commissioning teams

- Manage project execution readiness plans, schedules, milestones, and tracking tools

- Monitor project readiness metrics and KPIs and provide stakeholder updates

- Identify project risks, delays, and schedule deviations and implement mitigation strategies

- Support execution readiness until project site teams are fully mobilized

- Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and project stakeholders to ensure material and component readiness

- Provide operational and project management support to projects in execution

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams

- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project planning and execution

- Promote safety standards, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with safety requirements

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Minimum 4 years of project management or related experience

- Knowledge of the full lifecycle of large-scale projects

- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contract implementation

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Solid written and verbal communication skills

- Effective negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint





- Ability to travel up to 25% throughout Canada and occasionally to the United States

- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; sponsorship is not available

- Ability to obtain and maintain eligibility to travel internationally, including to the United States

- Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under the corporate auto insurance policy

- Commitment to safety protocols, regulations, and company policies

- Speak and understand English fluently; French language skills are considered an asset
