As the Manager/Sr. Manager, Organizational Change Management, you will lead the team to:

Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

Establish and champion the best change management methodologies across the organization to minimize disruption to business and realize change success.

Design and deliver needs-based, impact-driven change programs.

Provide the right information, support and capabilities to enable and seamlessly implement the change.

Drive accountability and alignment and value realization across all organizational change initiatives.

THE QUALIFICATIONS The Manager/Sr. Manager, Organizational Change Management, has:

Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Change Management, CCMP or other Change Management certifications.

A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business THE COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year.
