As a Service Millwright, reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing maintenance tasks and resolving client concerns. Your responsibilities will range from in office service calls to overseeing larger installations, ensuring machinery operates efficiently.
You will also manage customer interactions and third-party vendors to deliver unmatched service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to customer sites for maintenance and repairs
Diagnose machinery issues efficiently and effectively
Oversee installations,
ensuring pre-start inspections are done
Communicate clearly with clients throughout the process
Collaborate with vendors for optimal outcomes
Requirements:
Obtain Red Seal Millwright certification
Clean Class 5 Driver's License required
Customer-focused approach in all interactions
Ability to tackle problems with cutting-edge solutions
Experience in mining or natural resource sectors a plus
