Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution
Build solid relationships with residential, agricultural, and commercial customers Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking within Hub Spot
Identify and develop new sales channels and market opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Refine and improve sales processes, standards,



and best practices
Recruit, mentor, and develop sales team members as the function grows
Partner with marketing to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales performance

Your strengths include:
Proven success in business development and consultative sales
Experience leading, mentoring, or building sales teams
Solid prospecting, relationship-building, and closing abilities
Ability to manage pipelines, forecasts, and sales performance metrics Experience selling technical or service-based solutions
Hub Spot or other CRM experience
