Tim Hortons at the Quarry Ridge location in Fort McMurray, AB is hiring a Food Service Supervisor . This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy quick-service restaurant setting.

Responsibilities
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Establish work schedules

Requirements
1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service
No degree, certificate or diploma required
Ability to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
