Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Financial Reporting Analysts team
Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Coordinate year-end reporting with multiple stakeholders
Identify and implement reporting process improvements
Requirements:
Chartered Qualified Accountant designation required
5+ years in financial reporting, ideally in insurance
Proven team leadership experience
Solid understanding of IFRS and US GAAP
Excellent organizational and communication skills
