In this temporary position, you'll play a crucial role in guiding Black students to graduate and transition to higher education. You'll utilize your experience to create strong partnerships within the community, identifying and overcoming barriers faced by these students. Your mentorship will foster a supportive environment, helping students thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities: • Work with school staff to identify systemic barriers • Monitor student progress and engagement • Create community partnerships for resource sharing • Raise awareness of the Graduation Coach program • Support Black students' emotional and cultural needs

Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in relevant disciplines • Minimum five years supporting Black youth • Knowledge of systemic challenges • Solid interpersonal and communication skills • Must have transportation and a valid driver's license
