As a New Model Quality Representative, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring the seamless development and launch of new vehicle models. What's the Job?

Manage multiple suppliers during the New Model development cycle from Design phase to Mass Production readiness. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development process. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may impact production timelines or quality. Document and communicate quality metrics and progress to relevant stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and supplier collaboration.

What's Needed?

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and suppliers simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards. Basic understanding of automotive manufacturing processes is preferred. Willingness to work within a structured schedule and adhere to safety protocols.
