This in office role requires interaction with counter and phone customers to ensure their satisfaction and timely solutions. You will leverage your knowledge of Trane products to enhance sales by identifying relevant offerings and managing quotes and orders with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers to identify HVAC needs and respond effectively
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Trane products and promotions
Execute quote and order management with high accuracy
Assist with inventory management tasks as required
Occasionally operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements:
GED or High School Diploma required
Minimum 2 years in inside sales or retail experience
Mechanical aptitude and HVAC knowledge are beneficial
Proven ability to build customer relationships
Experience in a quick-paced customer-focused setting
